Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chimichurri sauce
- 2 Chicken Breasts
Instructions
1. Slice chicken across the grain into chunks
2. Combine and chimichurri sauce in a container
3. Put into the fridge overnight
4. Thread onto skewers (optional - depending on your grill rack size, you can cook directly on the grill)
5. Light charcoal grill. Add chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes until done.
6. Rubbish design -- who invented skewers with wooden handles? First time I used them and they started burning... I'm sticking to 100% metal skewers from now on!
